You can sign up for one or more activites using this form. If you are not sure about signing up for certain activities at this time you can always come back and sign up at another time. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SIGN-UP FOR ALL ACTIVITIES AT ONE TIME. YOU CAN COME BACK AS OFTEN AS NECESSARY.

If an activity is indicated as "closed" you can no longer sign up for that activity. If a waiting list is being taken there will be a "waiting list" selection indicated.

If you select an activity and change your mind select the "Cancel" option. If you submit this form and change your mind about an activity at a later time, resubmit this form for that activity, checking the "Cancel" option.
