Activity Sign-Up Information

How do I sign up for an activity?

·         Website - complete the Online sign-up (see separate sheet)

·         When you pay for an activity you will automatically be signed up

·         Sign-up sheets are available before and after the monthly meeting

·         Call the contact person listed on Activities Listing

Activity changes (time change, cancellation, etc)

·         You will be notified if there is a change in time for an event or if an event is cancelled.

Car pools

·         Not guaranteed – there must be enough volunteer drivers

·         If you want to ride in a specific car pool, you must notify the person in charge of that particular activity at a minimum 3 days before activity

·         Time posted is the time we will be leaving the parking lot

·         Car pool participants are requested to share in the cost with the driver by paying an amount specified on the sign-up sheet directly to the driver at the beginning of the trip.

What does minimum number of participants mean for an activity?

·         The cost is based on a minimum number of participants, if minimum is not met, the activity will be cancelled.

What does maximum number of participants mean for an activity?

What information is required when paying for activity(s)?

·         Name

·         Activity(s) you are paying for – if a monthly activity include which month (i.e.: February game night)

·         Total amount of check

Do I have to write separate checks for each activity and dues?

·         No, you can write one check for all activities and include your annual dues.

When is payment due?

·        Payment must be received by the Treasurer no later than due date listed on activity sign-up sheet and/or activities listing.

How do I know if I have paid for an activity?

·         Your name is highlighted on the activity sign-up sheet

Will I receive a refund when canceling participation in an activity?

·         A refund is issued if the participant cancels on or before the sign-up and payment date

Will I receive a refund if an activity is cancelled by the committee?

·         Yes

How do I find out about upcoming activities?

·         Click on the Activity Descriptions tab on the main menu or Home Page which will bring up the current available activities.

How do I sign up for an activity on the website?

·         The sign-up procedure is relatively simple. After you have read about upcoming activities go to the menu option Activity Sign-up.  This sheet lists all open activities.  Make your choice(s) and then on the bottom fill in your name and click the submit button.

Do I have to sign up for all activities at one time?

·         No, you can go to the Activities Sign-up as many times as needed.  Please mark your personal calendar to ensure you do not sign up for an activity more than once.

Can I sign up a friend for activities on line?

·         Yes. Use the same procedure as you used for yourself with the following exception:  Insert their name on the bottom of the form instead of yours. DO NOT COMBINE SIGNUPS ON THE SAME FORM.

How often is the website updated?

• The website is updated periodically, as required.
