PebbleCreek Singles History

The Goodyear, AZ PebbleCreek Singles was started in September 1997 by 20+ active single adults.  The group envisioned a need for a vehicle that would allow singles the opportunity to get together and enjoy the activities sponsored by the Goodyear, AZ PebbleCreek active adult community as well as functions exclusive to active "single" adults. Since that auspicious beginning, the Goodyear, AZ PebbleCreek Singles Club has continually grown in size and participation. In 2006, for the first time in our history a male was elected to the position of President.  This was followed by the election of another male as President in 2008.  This certainly points toward diversity in the organization, one that embraces all single adults, both male and female, who reside in the PebbleCreek active adult community of Goodyear, AZ.  In 2007 in recognition of our 10th anniversary we held a celebratory luncheon.  To see some video highlights of this luncheon please click here. The Goodyear, AZ PebbleCreek Singles offer a wide variety of social, cultural and sporting events.  The intention is to offer a variety that will appeal to everyone in the organization.  We now have several Bocce teams and monthly golf groupings.  We enjoy house parties, concerts, line dancing, dinner theater, river rafting, bowling, trips, monthly lunches, dog racing, baseball games and a host of other activities including interaction with other singles groups. We welcome all PebbleCreek single adults to join us in some of our activities to see what a vibrant, fun loving group we have become.  We hope that all singles who live in PebbleCreek join us at one of our monthly meetings.  The meeting is an opportunity to meet other single individuals and find out about all of the exciting events that are being planned.  The meeting, held at 3 o'clock on the first Sunday of each month, usually lasts an hour and is following by a social hour.  Meetings are held in the Ballroom in the PebbleCreek Tuscany Falls clubhouse. After the social hour many of the members join together for dinner at one of the local restaurants.   Back Home
